NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about January 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-009572-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S Bank National Association, as trustee J.P. MORGAN MortgageTrust 2006-A6, is the Plaintiff and Maria Ryan f/k/a Maria T. Praias a/k/a Maria Praias a/k/a Maria Terese Praias,Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation,Teresa D. Ryan a/k/a Teresa Ryan,, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com 10:00am, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, PLAT OF PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
