NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2012, and to an agreed order resetting judicial sale, dated December 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011411 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4, is Plaintiff and ANTHONY NICHOLAS JR. INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE ANTHONY N. NICHOLAS JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 25, 2007; et.al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, THE PINNACLE AT COBB'S LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 3520 WOODRIDGE PARKWAY, PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA 34684-
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
