NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered January 16, 2014, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 507, Building K, of BAHIA DEL MAR I, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5216, Page 1173, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 52, Pages 51 through 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
