NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-006568-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING 220 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 38 OF BAY PINES ESTATES, UNIT 10, PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 81, AND RUN EAST 75 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET, WEST 75 FEET AND NORTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 4 OF BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1589 PAGE 509, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
