NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about December 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030909 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Robert M. Ecker, III a/k/a Rob Marvin Ecker, Tenant #1 n/k/a Shelby Devantier, Tina Ecker, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com 10:00 AM, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
