NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-004196-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and GILBERT MILLER, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 5, OF VIRGINIA GROVE TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 73 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
