NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-013080-CI (20) MF of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and ROSE W. MILLAN A/K/A ROSE MILLAN A/K/A ROSE PAMITUAN WAJE, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, HEATHER TRAIL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
