NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019605, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-C, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-C, Plaintiff and AMIE L RAMNAUTH; ERIK RAMNAUTH; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 4th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
