PUCKELWARTZ A/K/A DANNY D. PUCKELWARTZ A/K/A DANNY PUCKELWARTZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHANNON PUCKELWARTZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGEL HANSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
