NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA009218XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and TIFFINY SWARTZ A/K/A TIFFINY L. SWARTZ, JUDITHE A. SWARTZ A/K/A JUDITHE SWARTZ, LAKE FOREST BANK AND TRUST CO. MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BRIAN DAVIS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
