NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012541 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee of the FBR Securitization Trust 2005-5, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-5, Plaintiff and Gregory E. Hengtgen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 23, CUMBERLAND TRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
