NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-000747 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Prime Mortgage Trust, Certificates Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and William Alvarez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 1212, BUILDING NO. 12, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1389, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
