NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-005598 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Katrina T. Weber a/k/a Katrina Weber f/k/a Katrina T. Mauro and Richard C. Weber a/k/a Richard Weber, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK E, BRIDGEWAY ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
