NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014114 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Crow Mark Parker a/k/a Crow M. Parker a/k/a Thomas Mark Duddy a/k/a Thomas M. Duddy and Maureen Sue Parker a/k/a Maureen S. Parker, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 13, ROUSLYNN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
