NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003686 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Gwendolyn L. Rhymes a/k/a Gwendolyn Rhymes and Johnny Cornelius Rhymes a/k/a Johnny C. Rhymes a/k/a Johnny Rhymes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1A, 2A AND THE SOUTH 22 FEET OF LOT 3A, BLOCK 25, EDGEMOOR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
