NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003079 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-9, Plaintiff and Jason W. Farr a/k/a Jason Farr and Theresa R. Pettinato a/k/a Theresa Farr, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, DRUID ACRES SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
