NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003746 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Lan Ba Tran and Kim-Quyen Thi Nguyen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, OF CUMBERLAND TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
