NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-007795 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Dana L. Cutaneo a/k/a Dana Cutaneo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 54, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
