NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-015445 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and GRANTHAM, CHERYL F are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, BONNIE BAY UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 70 AND 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
