NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-013670 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-6, Plaintiff and Kimberly S. Evans are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 22, MAGNOLIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
