LINDSAY; THOMAS MAIOLO; JULIE LINDSAY BERNETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIE LINDSAY BERNETT N/K/A JOHN BERNETT; THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
