NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 522012CA002567XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1is Plaintiff and DOWLING, ROBERT, NANCY DOWLING, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
