NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-004280-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC1 is Plaintiff and JILL SOSHEA, CITY OF OLDSMAR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILL SOSHEA, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A DEREK KOSINAR, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOEY RAPISARDA, PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DENELLE COLLINS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1005, LESS the East 2 feet, HARBOR PALMS UNIT SIX A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 77, page 80, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
A Parcel of land lying in the Northwest of Section 22, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1005 of HARBOR PALMS UNIT SIX A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 80, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence along the Northerly prolongation of the West boundary of said Lot 1005, N.0022'10''W., 2.68 feet; thence N.8945'05''E. 65.00 feet; thence along the Northerly prolongation of the East boundary of said Lot 1005, S.0022'10''E., 3.28 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1005; thence along the North boundary of said Lot 1005, N.8943'16''W., 65.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
