NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-002670-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, INTEREST OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE M. BOATWRIGHT IF ANY, DIANE M. BOATWRIGHT, SHIPWATCH TEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SHIPWATCH YACHT & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC;, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT 1047, BUILDING 11525, SHIPWATCH TEN, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 5, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance and subject to the easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in OR. Book 8620, Page 634 et seq., and any amendments thereto, and the Condominium plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 114, Pages 55 through 74, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 116, Page 28 et seq., and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
