KELLUM; JULIA JOHNSON; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA; MEL ROSE TRUST; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
