NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Calais Village Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 13th day of January, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit No. 6, Building 5943, Calais Village Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5323, pages 1630 through 1716, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 59, Page 49, and any amendments thereto, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 5943 Calais Blvd. North, #6, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
