NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-011200 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Daniel Francis Kelliher are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 20, MEADOW LAWN - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 43, 44, AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
