NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008025 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and HECTOR SUTIL, YANINA URRA, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, WOOD LAKE - PHASE 1, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
