NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-001376, DIVISION: 13, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and GORAN KRIZANOVIC; RUZA KRIZANOVIC; SUNTRUST BANK; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 143 OF BUILDING NO. 10, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDWARD POINT CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136 INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
