NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale dated January 8, 2014, entered in Case No. 2006 CA 009012 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. is the Plaintiff and Adalberto Torres A/K/A Adalberto Torres Reyes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as Nominee for Pemm. Tek Mortgage Services, LLC.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Iris V. Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Adalberto Torres A/K/A Adalberto Torres Reyes, John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “H”, PINE CREST MANOR, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
