LOT 7, BLOCK 10, PASADENA GARDENS GULFVIEW SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5706 16TH AVE S, GULFPORT, FL 33707; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
