NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about JANUARY 2, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-008855-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BERTHA L. LATSON, DECEASED; ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM , FEBRUARY 27, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
