NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19 day of May, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002131-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to impac secured assets corp., mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and karim lakhani; bridgewater village master property owners association, inc., a dissolved corporation; leasecomm corporation; mortgage electronic registration systems, incorporated, as nominee for just mortgage, inc.; summerport residential property owners association, inc.; unknown tenant(s), are Defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18 day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgent, to wit:
lot 129, summerport phase 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 56, page 9 through 17, inclusive, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
