NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2014, in Case Number 2013-CA-012004-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, Jane W. Honeycutt, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Joseph Anthony Williams Honeycutt, Jr., Danny Ray Honeycutt, Charles Linwood Saunders, Robin Williams Layne, Terrie Lyn Davis, Bud L. Wrenn, John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession and John Doe #2, an unknown tenant in possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 21, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
