NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-037576-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-PR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and REDOUANE LAHIK, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 37, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
