YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Orange, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel known as Unit B31 of SAND LAKE VILLAGE (SECTION 1, PHASE 2) CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest in the land, common elements and common surplus, and similar percentage interest in the common expenses, of the Condominium appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the certain Declaration of Condominium of Sand Lake Village (Section 1, Phase 2), a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3482, Page 2762, and as shown by the plot plans of the Condominium recorded in Condominium Book 8, Page 137, all the foregoing being of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwide, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
