All of that parcel of land in the City of Orlando, Orange County, State of Florida, as more fully described in Deed Book 5043, Page 3460, being known and designated as Lot 6, Block N, Phillips First Replat of Lakewood, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book R, Pages 105 and 106, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
