NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025839-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for RAMP 2007RZ1 is the Plaintiff and Pedro Fernandez; Carmelina Fernandez a/k/a Carmeline Fernandez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Time Investment Company, Inc., a/k/a Tic Palm Coast, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, AZALEA PARK SECTION SEVEN, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
