NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No.: 07-4080-CA of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Cavalier Corporation is the Counter-Plaintiff and Joseph Horn and Margaret Nagay are the Counter-Defendants. The clerk of this court shall sell the property at public sale at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com on July 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
