NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13003400CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK L. GROVER, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 25 day of July, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 682, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
