KHLEIF N/K/A JANE DOE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 649 SKYLARK LANE LAND TRUST, DATED 10/15/2004; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 649 SKYLARK LANE LAND TRUST, DATED 10/15/2004; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA BERTA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
