NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09 6117 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY LOT#1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY LOT #2; CC HOLDINGS 2002 LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 30 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1, BLOCK G, OF AQUI ESTA, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 49A THROUGH 49C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND
LOTS 2, BLOCK G, OF AQUI ESTA, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 49A THROUGH 49C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
