NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 005339 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and FRED BREEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 12 & 13, Block E, EAST PALMETTO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 161, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of the South 1/2 of a vacated alley lying North of, and adjacent to, said lots as vacated by Resolution No. 98-25, recorded in O.R. Book 1568, Page 2388, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
