NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 412014CA000061AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. ALLIANCE REALTY CAPITAL, LLC, is Plaintiff and ROBINSON S. GRANGER; CHERYL L. GRANGER, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
