NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000399 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NA AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2013 SC4 TITLE TRUST (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and JON I ROSSI; TRACEY L ROSSI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC; RIVER STRAND GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CONNEY OBERHOFER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFF OBERHOFER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
