Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 23, 2014, in Case No. 41 2013 CA 002964AX, of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, a Wisconsin state banking corporation, is the Plaintiff, and JOSE VILLALPANDO, individually; MARIA VILLALPANDO, individually; and FIRST BANK, a foreign profit corporation, are the Defendants, the Office of the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on July 23, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Default Judgment:
PARCEL 1: BEGIN 355.24 FEET NORTH AND 25 FEET WEST OF THE SE CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE WEST 160 FEET, NORTH 140 FEET, EAST 160 FEET, SOUTH 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
