NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006523 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-OPT1, is Plaintiff and DANIEL ISAACS, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block L, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO.21, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 80 and 81, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 6315 Lafayette Rd., Bradenton, FL 34207
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
