NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 22, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 008354 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, ALVARO BEDOYA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A CONCETCIUM ALONCO; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on July 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 117, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, STAGE 1-C-2 OF PINEHURST VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786 PAGE 612 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT #13 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 886, PAGE 849 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 27 THROUGH 30 INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 116 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
