THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 12 AND LOT 13, LESS THE EAST 55 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 1834, 38TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 5, 5A THROUGH 5B, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
