NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004892 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and STEVEN D. CHAPMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; LISA E. TIPTON A/K/A LISA ELEN TIPTON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15519, 15520 AND 15521, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 59, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
